It is possible that you may wish to return an order. Whether the product does not meet expectations or for another reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason.

Return Policy for Online Orders (Distance Sales)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will receive a full refund of the order amount including shipping costs.
Only the return shipping costs from your address to our location are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €6.95 per package (depending on weight); for exact rates, consult your chosen carrier’s website.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and — if reasonably possible — in its original condition and packaging. To use this right, you must contact us at info@artworksofleather.com.
We will refund the order amount within 14 days after notification of your return, provided the product has been returned to us in good condition.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to assess the product, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is well packaged when returning.
