• Secure Packaging: All artworks and lamps are professionally packed to protect them during transport.

• Carrier Selection: Depending on the size, weight, and destination, we select the most suitable specialized art courier or premium shipping service.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated individually based on the destination, size, weight, and specific handling requirements of your artwork or lamp.
These costs will be communicated and confirmed with you before finalizing the shipping.

Delivery Time

Because each shipment is tailored to your specific order, delivery times may vary.
We strive to dispatch artworks and lamps within 7 to 14 business days after confirming shipping arrangements, unless otherwise agreed upon.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping for all our artworks and lamps. For shipments outside the European Union, please note:

• Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply, depending on your country’s regulations.

• All international shipments will be fully insured.

Important Information

• All shipments are insured during transport.

• Upon receipt, please inspect the artwork carefully. Should there be any visible damage to the package or product, report this to the carrier immediately and inform us the same day.

• We advise customers to retain the original packaging for any potential return shipping.
